B 95, 125, 135, 155, 165
C1 95x5, 105x5, 115x5 - was a good progression traps still fired up after the FW yesterday almost couldn't break the first 115 off my back
C2 10x3 (four setting on machine)

FT 14:41 - new jump rope is good but the handle need to be longer for DUs
