A 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5 (pulled/strained a small muscle, something psoas related. wokeup all achey screwed with my sleep.)

C One set of plank holds on rings 6" off the ground hollow on shoulders ext and depressed. mainly felt it in my quads while doing it. Abs the next day. Did 3 T2B after the one set
