Better but still needs work

Might have gone higher but I felt my lower back working very hard to maintain position.

ok , when practicing the Seg DL focus on 3 discount movement on the way up.....lower down under control, but NO pause.

1st pause --- 1 inch from floor; engage glute,hams, and back to feel a wroking position at the bottom

2nd pause---below knee, vertical shins, shoulder over bar, scaps retracted and pulling tight.

3rd pause-- upper thigh, vertical shins , shoulder in from of bar, lat and scaps working bar back into you.

--when lowering the bar down, do it in one piece....
