Rope climb was brutal. Changed shoes after the first round and it helped a bit but these killed me
I got 2 climbs the first 2 rounds 1 in the 3rd, 3/4, skipped the 5th round climb and got one last round in the 6th. Definitely felt like I was working too hard. Wallballs need work but where not a big issue, just pacing and focus.
