With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

17 rounds +5 pull-ups.

Was going really strong until around the 14th round when the pull-up bar in my basement started to rotate.

Barely made the 17th round.

Started into the 18th round to see how far I'd get, knowing I wouldn't finish. Realized I had torn a callous so I stopped at 5.

Town has dug a hole away from the "wall" - Able to do my pulls.

tough one - stopped when my grip was failing.
