Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Compare to 080629.

5, 10, 10, 7, 8 = 40

Pull-ups (dead hang, fingers only)
7, 10, 7, 8, 9 = 41

total = 81

didn't push benches, shoulder still sore/cranky

callouses still ripped up so I did dead hang fingers only pull-ups

VERY QUICK ONE - had to work late

25=sits
20=pulls
5x5=155lbs bench (sore from yesterday)
5x7=pulls

fast - but good
