C. Wt dip strict; 3-2-1-1-1; find1RM; rest 2-3min

D. 20 wall walks for time

nice work on thrusters--good hip speed

vertical press and pull not too bad, upper pulling need more emphasis up front.

wall walks---i can tell are your new favorite ;) core and structure around scap makes this a grinder for you....
