Traps where pretty fried going into this, completely toasted afterwards. Left hammie/calf ITB also was super tight making squatting uncomfortable as well.
Marc Pro and heat tonight on both for sure.
Sleep has been still good. I wake in the night but am able to drift back off with little problem.
