active rest 30min ---Abike, Walk, Row EASY

40 min walk in Weir hill.
Glad I did, the inclines helped loosen up my left leg a lot.

Slept well again last night.
A little discomfort from the elbows again making my fingers numb. I'll floss the elbows before bed and see if that helps.
