75 pound Sumo deadlift high pull, 21 reps
12 Handstand push-ups

Sumo deadlift high pulls are pulled to under the chin, and handstand push-ups bring nose to the floor.

(got a little crazy=ac was finally on and I did WOD 8/6 "sundays")

Sumo's = good, fore arm ok...
HSPU = getting a bit better; still have feet resting overhead, but on the wall
1-3 rounds as rx'd
4-5 rounds /sumo=55lbs
