lost 8-11 lbs in ONE day
Took the kids skiing - ONE OF THE HARDEST PHYSICAL & MENTAL CHALLENGES OF MY LIFE...

3,5 & 7 yr olds on a mountain w/all the ski's & gear...

Carried the 3 & 5 300 yrds up a steep incline to the "bunny trail" while in ski boots in 4" of new snow. Spent the next 6 hrs holding the 3 and somtimes the 5 upright while skiing down the 500 yr hill... Then had to carry em plus sometimes the 7 w/all gear back to the "lodge" afetr all day skiing..

But - a GREAT DAY -CLASSIC
Kids took off w/it!!!!!!
