did this at BF on the treadmill.
had trouble getting the treadmill started and back up to speed, def cost me time.

Still a 24 sec improvement, should have been more.

20/20=press/curls - 75/35

3 mile run
then did 4x400, stopping at every 4th street light on the beach - squats good, b-ex off sea wall
