Worked out early today (7am)
Had lots of trouble with the BTN press
Not sure if it was the early hour or the ring push-ups from the day before but I didn't have a lot there today
Also right Pos Shoulder cap is still night as is left hamstring
Will stretch and marc pro the next two day to see if I can get ahead of those
