B 195 - dropped the bar after each rep and grabbed it as quick as was safe

I did the 40 cal is just under 4 mins
zipped thru the situps smoothly with very few pauses
Then I got to my second TGU. It was the first one on the left side and I felt a nasty cramp in my abs
had to stop. Felt around had a bulge in abs. It was so pronounced I had some initial concern it might be a hernia. It finally went away and I finished the workout but I went slow just to be safe.
