A @110. kept the wide stance but pushed my knees out a bit which helped with bar path.
B1 115x4, 125x3, 135x2, 145x2 helps having the bar higher in my traps. basicly just below t1

Slept like utter crap last night, and I had to teach the 5:30 class. Between that and the fact I only stopped today to eat and meditate I was serilsy wiped out and crapped for time. I did the lifts between classes and skipped the wod. I did however go for a 30 min walk before bed.
