21:24 as rx'd.

Started the clock late but also had too much weight at first.

Figure the weight change and the late start on the timer evened out.

crazy & busy day = missed the Y

3.5 late night run
4x50 push-ups

Body weight BP is the NEXT area I want to focus on - I think I am real close

Bench Press
1-3 rounds = 145
4-6 rounds = 155
7 round = 140

pull-ups
1-3 = good sets of 5
4-7 = good sets of 3

getting better - still takes way to much time to do em' - bu form is good
