3X5=dips // 3x5=overheads

form was ok - will work on a straighter arm start

1-2=30lbs
3-4=40lbs
5-6=50lbs (gave it a go...)
7-8=30lbs
9-10=20lbs

Couldn't break thru the 70 pound mark so I went to negtives to see if that will help.
