Kinda punked out on this one I was tight on time.

tried a bunch of strict MU's and couldn't do them.

Ended up grinding out 15 with minimum assist from legs. Came back a few hours later and did a few more like that.

Gotta work those and neg MU's more.

SURFED FOR THREE HOURS IN NEAR EPIC CONDITIONS!!

(did 50/50 on sea-wall after surf session- then every shoulder fiber said no-mas..)
