@Y2 mile for timefelt a bit sore - worked on form1/2/3=1004/5=1356/7/8/9/10=115no racks - had to clean-em up
1 1352 1453 1554 1755 180180 felt a bit shakey and I don't like the racks at PF.So for saftey and time I dropped down to 165# for reps 6-10 and cut the rest down to a minute or less.Also tried some 1h pullups on the gravatron, setting 110#
