Waaaay to cold to be doing this outside.
Sub'd 500m row for boxjumps
Sub'd 45# thrusters to medball for wallball.
Energy still pretty low, must be a left over from being sick all last week.

Double unders need lots of work, basicly couldn't do them this morning and had to do 100 normal jumps.
