20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Did this in the basement, no room for normal pull-ups.

Sub'd in wide grip jumping pull-ups.

a hurtin' 2.5 miles (jog)

5x10 for wall-ups = still filled w/ice for grip

5x rx'd for push/sits/squats= all good

super sore from sprints & paddles
