Paced myself, didn't want to be burnt out for tomorrows WoD.

Also tried to pace myself so as not to be blown out for tomorrow.
Nite run - beach deads
wicked cold
50/50=push/sits
20/20=dips off steps/pulls off wall
20-OH w/log
3x5=big rock
3x5=bigger rock
1x5=great big rock = good one
2.2 cold ones home..
