Used a 70# DB for the swings.

Long beach
50/50=sits/push
20/20=dips/pulls
20/20=press/curls - 75/35

tough one
1 mile run up beach
5 x 1/2 beach runs
rock swings
wall-ups off sea wall
1 1/2 hr-ish..
runs fine, wall-ups hurtin
tough on the time - way to long of a wod.
