much better than 155 on Sept 20th Knee didn't bother me at all
Used a narrow stance, spread knees, wide grip (last knuckle of my thumb on the knurling lines) and rotated my armpits forward. I was very vertical and could pretty much feel the bar coming off the ground. Focused on pulling the bar into my 'pockets'
All lifts before the 175 where eeeeeasy and smooth. I think my lower back got tired and I started to lose the 175's out in front of me.
I also included snatch balanced in my warm-up. I should do more of those.
