"Linda"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

wow - prety intense had to keep focused during the middle sets. Very tough - great workout.

DL = 205 (just over body wght)
Bench = 155 (3/4 body wght)
Cleans = 95 (1/2-ish body wght)

DL were tough, sets of 3's through out

Bench was strong - complete sets

Cleans were real good as I went along better & better at resting on upper chest while catching

top three for fun for sure!!

DL are my weakness here need to get stronger in my legs and lower back. Also need more endurance for these in my lower back, could really feel it later in the set.

Not crazy about the time (prev was 24:53).
I think the combo of bumping the weight up, lack of food and sleep slowed me down.

Looking forward to doing this again when I'm better prepared.
