"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

THIS ONE RULED!!!!!!!!!!!

45 minutes - on the nose
1.3 miles to & back to beach

Fighting a nasty cold - I know I could do much better if I was feeling well.

Squats were the tough ones
sets of 5's for the wall ups
sets of 50's at first for the rest
sets of 25 after mid-point for p/s

now, was that 259 or 263 squats..?? funny how the counting is the hardest part.

haha yeah, "Murph" is hardcore.

the reason you can't count is your brain is getting even less 02 than normal
