Run + yesterdays DL's toasted my hammies. :)Time 23:32That beats my last run (Feb 28) by 1:20 and my first crossfit run (Nov 14) by 2:28.Considering I've only done 4 runs of 5k or more inculding the two above that seems like a big improvement.I guess that answers 'where's the cardio?'.
