Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Went to Crossfit Topsfield to workout tonight. Did the following 4 rounds 6mins on 2 min rest using 40# dumbbells. Good work, shoulders and grips slowed me down.

5 hang squat clean
5 push press/jerk
5 swings
5 burpees

round 1
3, +5 hsc 5pj and 5 swings

round 2
3, +5 hsc and 5 pj

round 3
3, +5 hsc

round 4
3, +1 hsc
