"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Pull ups 19,12,8,7,6,5,6,5
= 68

Pushups 19,17,9,5,8,7,9,8
= 82

Situps 13,12,11,12,12,10,12,13
= 95

Squats 18,20,20,19,20,18,18,18
= 151

68 + 82 + 95 + 151
= 396

+13 overlast time

Pullup where way up, pushups and situps where down. WoD haven't had a lot of pushups think that slowed me down and I still feel that pull in my lower abdomen so I was carefull with the situps. Overall happy with the work out. I'll be looking to break 400 next time.
