did this all in the basement.
I'm sure I could have gone much faster with a real pull-up bar and nothing to worry about overhead on the thrusters.

wanted to do this in gym

2.5 miles
5x25=upright rows (sub for rowing)
5x10=T's good rock
5x6= wall-ups (good)
T's were OK, still a bit sore from yesterdays wall-balls
