mu's done from the knees.
Rings 61" off the ground, pretty much full extention.
Rings turned out at bottom.

50/50=sits/push
20/20=curls/OH press
20/105 lbs squats

not good - kind-of bad, not good
40=excellent & fast in sets of 10
40=slow & 1/2 motion sets of 7 & 3
40=struggled, 1/3 motion
thought i would of done better - maybe just new location & set-up - very crowed..
disappointed in performance
