18:56 as rx'd.

Sit-ups with an abmat and anchored feet.

Form was strict on all.
Need to work more efficient pull-ups and push-ups if I want to make better time.

100=sits
100=squats
did 5-ish pulls off sea wall - couldn't do another !!!!!!!!!!
