"Murph" -r

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

1 mile = super (closer to 2)
100 pulls=10x10 -good ones
200 push=10x20 - great ones
300 squats=hard.. 10x20, 10x10
1 mile run= (closer to 2) quicksand

tough one on the last two - wow, felt it
