Lots of warmup progressions before each work set.

press=115lbs / good!
push=145lbs/good!
p jerks=105lbs/good!
2 mile run on T-mill

(Having a tough time w/my cleans - do I go down into a FULL squat or 2/3, 1/3 ..??? Not really feeling anything in my legs after)
