done from knees, rings set to 60" off floor, 10:52. did these mostly in sets of 5. Shoulder where so tight form yesterdays OHS I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do even one. Turns out these really loosened them up.

100 pulls = 5x10,10x5
100 dips = 5x10, 10x5
OK for both, NOT fully extended
