brutal workout
started to do 'kipping' KTE, not sure how 'legal' they where but still a good workout.

tough one...
5x25=30lbs swings
5x25=sits off top stairs
5x25=b-ext off stairs (not good)
5x25=knees off clothes line - not good at all after 2rd.. tough really tough
