With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

19 rounds as rx'd (PR)

It was going super smooth until round 15 when I tore the first callous. Tore two more in rounds 16 and 17. Rounds 18 and 19 where finger only gripping.
