For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Only had time to do this at lunch today so I had to cap this at 25 minutes.
In 25 minutes I complete 1 mile run
80 Pull-ups
160 Push-ups
240 Squats
Long Beach
2 miles
10x10=pulls
10x20=push
10x25-squats
2 mile run
tough one
