The three wods we did for the Throwdown.  
WOD #1:  
4 rounds for time of:
400 meter Run
20 Burpees

WOD #2:
5 rounds for time of:
21 Deadlifts
7 Thrusers 
men: 135 lbs
women: 95 lbs

WOD #3:  
5 rounds for time of:
7 Jerks (135, 95)
20 Pull ups

screwed up and went too fast on the run. with pacing I could have made the top 15... Dumb

WOD #2:
5 rounds for time of:
21 Deadlifts
7 Thrusers
men: 135 lbs
women: 95 lbs

Time 8:54 11th

WOD #3:
5 rounds for time of:
7 Jerks (135, 95)
20 Pull ups

Time 7:58 12th by 1 second.
too many people on the bars at once couldn't get my rhythm to kip. tore up my hands pretty good too.
