slower than last times 8:05

Finished with single leg hammie curls on swiss ball and straddle stretch.

Sit-ups on ab-mat feet only semi-anchored

Did sit-ups with hands on shoulder AF style. These slipped near the end of WoD

Also noticed one end of the jump rope coming undo, that might have slowed me as well.
