50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

as rx'd except I still only have a 6lb ball and need to build a 24" box.

Also Knees to Elbow, Burpees and Double under need lots of work.

W/O 2 mile run to beach

Also:
did push-ups instead of 2X-unders
did dips instead of knees to toes

Burpees looked like a sqid mating dance - need some work

box jump was 18"

Walking lunge was pretty scary also..
