Road out to Weir Hill and did two laps.Seemed to be riding stronger than usual.Laps where around 18 mins, I think they where 20-22 last year.Back still bothered me but not until well after the 1st big climb which I did in 2:1. Did have to use Granny (1:2) for the 2nd climb.Quads are nicely toasted now...
short run - great form with med-weight rock.. quick work-out.Real work out of the day was: eat papa, eat..... Never knew I was that hungry until I actually had some real food placed in front of me.
