chest & upper back sore from Linda

need to work on squating deeper during cleans

will try to do practice cleans w/warmups

That beats my last run (Feb 28) by 1:20 and my first crossfit run (Nov 14) by 2:28.

Considering I've only done 4 runs of 5k or more inculding the two above that seems like a big improvement.

I guess that answers 'where's the cardio?'.
