HSPU got sloppy towards the end but it was good hard work.

Going to take the next 3 day segment off. Starting to feel a little run down.

Going to try xfit 5 weeks then take 1 week off for the next few months and see how that goes.

I too have been feeling run-down...

Over the next week it will be real tough to get the full wod in - watching the kids till the pre-school thing kicks in

I'll just do what I can get in
