Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Not happy witht the time DL really tired out my back. If I have to do this a lunch again I'll lower all the weights so I can move faster.

needed to "storm" through..
DL=200
BP=165
Cleans=100

Could have gone way more on DL & BP, cleans are the slow ones..
