With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

got 14 full rounds +13 in the 15th minute.
Decided not to use jumping negatives.
All pullup kipping, rounds 1-12 unbroken.
Round 13-11,2
Round 14 and 15 where shattered.
All in all an improvement over my last time.
Surfed - again in near epic conditions - BEST FALL EVER...
