Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

50/50=SITS/PUSH
25/25=pulls/dips
20/20= d-bell curls/squats

5x25=used 75lbs bar
5x20=pulls off clothes line

pulls tough - bar just OK...
2 MILES ran beach med fast
