15 Handstand push-ups
15 Pull-ups
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps

50/50=sits/push
20/15=dips/OH
tough one.. real hard
3x15=deads w/185lbs
3x15=HSPU's
3x15=pulls (3x5 for 15reps)
5x15=95lbs (deep to 1/3 near end)

Deads=OK
T's =could have been better
