Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

SURFED !!!!!!!!!
again - near perfect conditions, 2.5 hrs, water is 35*, super cold ! waves head high but breaking for LONG rides !! Water takes a lot out of ya - a LONG time to warm up..

5x5 pulls off sea wall
