Run 1 mile
Two minutes of each:
Row
30 pound Dumbbell thrusters
20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders
Pull-ups

Post total time and total reps plus calories (from row) to comments.

The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run.

wicked crowed - had to stay w/weights, to many people waiting for equipment

1 mile = 7:50-ish
2x25=45 lbs bar for rows/uprights
2x25=45lb bar for T's
5x5=90lb cleans
2x25=2xunders (fake ones)
5x5=pulls

no/little rest between any & all
spent-spent.... wow..
